This amount is refundable upon cancellation of the purchase agreement within 10 days from the date of Purchase Agreement.  The remaining balance of 35% will be collected within 90 days of Purchase Agreement date payable to Mixa Law Professional Corp. In Trust.

  • You will receive an E-Signing Request for your Purchase Agreement which will provide you with your cooling off period timeline for review and waiver.
